Arogya Soup- 150gm

- Moringa olifera (Seetal Chini)
- Cinnamomum tamala (Tejpat)
- Urtica dioica (Sisno)
- Trigonella foenumgraecum (Methi)
- Allium sativum (Garlic)
- Asparagus racemosus (Kurilo)
Take a cup of water and add 1 spoon full of Herbal soup.Boil it for 3-5 minutes and add ingredients like lemon , salt etc. according to the taste.
